Massage for the Pregnant Athlete


Carrying a baby changes your center of gravity and posture and puts a lot of stress on your back, neck, abdominal muscles, and shoulders. Pregnancy Massage is done in the side-lying position with pillows and a full-length body pillow for support. Benefits of Pregnancy Massage may include:
